The Day of Science which is held annually was held at the Humanitarian College on May 18, 2018. The Day of Science summed up the work of students on the topics of research during the year. Within the framework of the Science Day, there was an exhibition of students’ creative works, where 25 works were presented. Annual reports were presented by the members of the circles: “Webmaster”, “Narcopost” and a circle on informatics, the club “Kyzym, sagan aitam …”. The authors of the best works were awarded by diplomas and certificates.

On the 16^th of May in 2018 in the Pupil’s Palace there was a final stage of the competition ‘’The Best Teacher’’, in which took part the teachers of the technical and  the professional educational institutions of Astana.

Teachers were appreciated by their creative pedagogical work and by their students   achievements.

As a result of the competition the winner of the Grand Prix was  Tauken  Zhanara  Yelubayevna – pedagogics  and psychology subjects  teacher  from Humanitarian College.

Pedagogical  staff ,the students  and the whole collective of the college congratulate  Zhanara  Yelubayevna on this great victory and wish her new achievements in future.

On May 17, 2018, in order to familiarize with the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan, on May 31 – “Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression” students of the 1st year of the specialty “Primary Education” visited the Museum and Memorial Complex “Algeria” organized by teachers of history Seydalykyzy D, Kenzhebekova MB , Kakenova E.T. Algeria was the largest concentration camp in the USSR for the wives of traitors to the Motherland and their children. The museum-memorial complex consists of several museum objects. On May 31, 2007, the memorial complex was opened on the territory of the former Alger camp in memory of those who fell victim to Stalin’s repressions. Students really enjoyed visiting the museum. The excursion to the museum contributed to the instilling of patriotic upbringing in the students. At the conclusion of the excursion, the students were shown a documentary film “Fierce cold of ALGERIA”. The film narrates about the events of those years. Female prisoners and their children talk about what they had to go through.
